Case opens industry-leading customer demonstration centre
Case Construction Equipment opens a dedicated global customer centre in Monthyon, north of Paris, on 16 October 2009. The €3 million Case Customer Centre Paris will provide an opportunity for customers from around the world to experience the full range of Case construction equipment, in real job site working conditions.
The centre includes 1,900sq m of showrooms, an auditorium, a restaurant and workshops, and is set in the heart of 16ha of specifically designed working zones. It will allow customers a unique opportunity to find ideal equipment solutions to meet the needs of their individual job site requirements. Customers will be able to try the full range of Case construction equipment in four working zones, dedicated to compact machinery, materials handling, mass excavation and quarrying.
Rather than simply demonstrating machinery in a show format, Case will put the equipment to customer specific uses, demonstrating model suitability for individual tasks. Customers will be able to try the equipment themselves, simulating their job site needs and finding the right machine for the task.
At the heart of the new centre is an 80-seat glass fronted auditorium that faces onto the main demonstration area. This will allow comfortable viewing in all weather conditions, throughout the year.
